Taking over Glenden Tax wasn’t about changing what made the business successful. It was about preserving that foundation while preparing it for the future.
Now entering their third tax season at the helm, Amanda and Dwight are combining the personal service and relationships Glenden Tax has been known for with more modern, convenient ways of working with clients. With deep roots in the Blenheim community and the ability to work securely with clients remotely, Glenden Tax can now serve both the families who have trusted the business for years and a new generation of clients across Canada. Amanda Grange
Amanda brings a strong background in financial services, operations and client service to Glenden Tax, along with a personal connection to the business her parents founded more than 30 years ago.
As the next generation of her family’s business, Amanda is focused on preserving the personal relationships and dependable service that have long defined Glenden Tax while continuing to modernize how the firm serves its clients.
Her professional background has been built around accuracy, organization and working closely with clients — qualities she brings to every tax season. Amanda believes tax preparation should feel approachable and personal, with clients knowing there is a real person behind their return who takes the time to understand their situation.
For Amanda, carrying Glenden Tax forward is about more than continuing a business. It’s about continuing a family legacy while building something for the next generation.
Dwight Grange
Outside of Glenden Tax, Dwight is a Yacht Master, experienced sailing instructor and lifelong educator. He brings the same patience, thoughtful preparation and attention to detail to his work with clients.
Dwight brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to Glenden Tax and a strong commitment to the personal service on which the business was built.
As part of the next generation carrying Glenden Tax forward, Dwight works alongside Amanda and the Glenden Tax team to support clients throughout the tax preparation process.
He values making the experience straightforward, organized and approachable, and believes clients should feel comfortable asking questions and understanding the information behind their return.
Outside of Glenden Tax, Dwight is an experienced sailing instructor and lifelong educator, bringing the same patience, preparation and attention to detail to his work with clients.

Chrissy Hessam
Chrissy brings years of experience preparing personal income tax returns for family and friends, along with a professional background in client service and operations.
